The Bajo Su Gloria (Under His Glory) Church of the Nazarene had reached a point where their sanctuary was in a state of disrepair. Recognizing the need for a new worship building, the congregation embarked on a transformative journey with the assistance of Lazarian World Homes and Point Loma Nazarene University’s Spring Break Build program. Together, they worked tirelessly to make their vision a reality.
Thanks to the combined efforts and expertise of Lazarian World Homes and the university’s Spring Break Build program, the growing congregation was able to complete the construction of their new worship structure in an impressively short period of time. The collaborative nature of the project allowed the church members to actively participate and witness their dreams take shape before their eyes.
The dedication of the new building took place recently in 2023, marking a significant milestone for the Bajo Su Gloria Church of the Nazarene. With their revitalized sanctuary, the congregation is poised to continue making a profound impact on their community in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. The newly constructed worship building not only provides a fresh and inspiring space for the congregation to gather and worship but also serves as a symbol of their faith and dedication to serving others in the community.
As the Bajo Su Gloria Church of the Nazarene moves forward with their renewed sanctuary, there is great anticipation for the positive influence they will have on their community. Through their spiritual teachings, outreach programs, and acts of service, the congregation is expected to touch the lives of many, offering hope, support, and a place for individuals to connect with their faith. The completion of their new worship building sets the stage for an exciting chapter in the church’s journey, as they continue to fulfill their mission and make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve.
