Pastor Javier Acosta has served the Nazarene church in Chapultepec for more than 17 years. The building was over 75 years old. Through Lazarian World Homes, Point Loma Nazarene University and the local church, the new building was completed. The church has big plans for the new space including a community medical clinic.
